Mat Taylor

Coach Taylor has lead the Spartans as the Head Football Coach for the past four seasons. 2012 starts his 14^th year on the coaching staff at Skyline, where he is also a Special Education teacher.  Coach Taylor has been coaching high school football for total of 18 years. Along with his family – wife Katie, sons Jackson and Cole and daughter Lila – Coach Taylor enjoys fishing and duck hunting. He has earned both the Washington State Coach of the Year and the Seahawks Coach of the Week honors, among others. His focus is on making the football experience the best is can be for the player, as well as making sure they give back to the community. He leads an extraordinary group of coaches that also have experience and great values to share.
