Since 2014, SGC has been assisting football players interested in working on their individual football skill development for the upcoming fall season.  Sessions are conducted using experienced high school and college coaches who work on specifics related to their position:  Quarterbacks, Wide Receivers, Offensive/Defensive Lineman and Defensive Backs.

Skyline football athletes are encouraged to participate resulting in connections critical to team building and success. Quarterbacks working with their own receiving corps protected by their own lineman helps provide for more opportunity to develop familiarity and timing.   Defensive linemen and backs learning about their role against an offense, especially one like Skylines helps prepare them for the gridiron.

QB/WR focus on throwing mechanics, route running and footwork, passing patterns and specific coverages. Defensive backs learn the timing of a throw and when to turn to intercept or knock down a pass. Linemen work on speed of getting off the line, blocking, assignments, alignments, defensively getting to the ball and making a play.

No other offering in the state will give your Skyline athlete the value of what these trainings can as they will help your athlete and his Skyline team mates be better prepared for Spring Ball, Summer Team Camp and the upcoming season.

Open to any Skyline football player that will be a Senior, Junior, Sophomore or Freshman during the fall football season.  Sessions are 90 minutes and held on Sundays twice/month in January, February, March. April and May (3/mo) 7 on 7 format matchups against other high school programs for two hours.

Rates for sessions ensure that coaches scheduled maintain a good ratio with athletes. Pre-registration and full session payment is required.  We do not offer a session or "drop in" rates. Participation costs keep in mind all of the opportunities that Skyline football offers, especially when compared to for-profit "elite" offerings charging thousands of dollars.

All athletes involved in SGC camps or events that involve on-field participation must have signed waivers on file by parents/guardians who also must acknowledge as having read a concussion disclaimer.
